Protein Smoothie Recipe

Pauline shares with us her Protein Smoothie Recipe.

Adding a protein rich drink to your diet can boost your metabolism, reduce your appetite and help you lose body fat without losing muscle. It's a great refreshment to enjoy after a work out.


  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 3-4 drops Vanila Extract
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tsp Camu camu powder
  • 1 cup Whey Protein
  • Ice cubes to taste



  • 1 Tbsp Granola
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds



  1. Place all shake ingredients in blender and blend til creamy.
  2. Pour shake into glass and top with Granola and Chia Seeds to taste.
