Grammy Awards is an annual gathering of the cream of music’s current crop to recognize, acknowledge and honor performers for their contribution and influence in the music industry. Winners are determined by the members of The Recording Academy through voting. The yearly presentation ceremony features performances from renowned artists and the presentation of the awards for different categories.
The 61st Annual Grammy Awards ceremony will be held on February 11, 2019 (Ph time) live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles California.
The ceremony will recognize the best recordings, compositions, and artists of the eligibility year, which ran from October 1, 2017, to September 30, 2018.

(JAN. 15, 2019) – The Recording Academy™ and CBS announced today that 15-time GRAMMY® Award winner Alicia Keys will host the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards®, marking her first time as master of ceremonies for Music's Biggest Night®. Taking place at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, the GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live in HDTV and 5.1 surround sound on the CBS Television Network, Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, 8 p.m.ET / 5 p.m. PT. (Feb 11, Monday PH time)
